01Vision and mission
Vision
Everyone seen, understood, and well supported.
Mission
We use AI to scale psychological expertise, so that one-on-one understanding can reach everyone.
In education
We use AI to understand every child, so that a 2,000-year-old ideal, teaching each child as an individual, can finally come true.
What we believe
-
Others give children labels. We give them maps.
-
Truth matters more than looking perfect.
When the numbers look bad, we report them as they are.
-
A report is a report.
We state the data. The decisions belong to schools and parents.
-
Technology serves people, not the other way around.
AI finds the people who need help. The support itself always comes from people.
Our non-negotiables.
We handle children's psychological data. None of these rules bend for any project.
-
Parents are informed before any assessment.
The school sends parents a written notice ahead of time. In kindergartens, in-depth assessments and class transfers both require one-on-one informed consent from parents.
-
No labels.
Parents and children see which areas need what kind of support, never a label.
-
AI never has the final say.
AI asks the questions and keeps the record. Risk judgments are made by the school's psychology teachers.
-
The list goes only to those who need it.
Only authorized teachers see the list of students needing attention. Every student's questionnaire is the same length, so no one can tell who received follow-up questions.
-
We never sell or repurpose data.
The data belongs to the purchasing organization and can be exported in full when the service ends.
-
A report is a report.
We state the data. The decisions belong to schools and parents.
-
We stay within our scope.
Medical conclusions belong to hospitals, not to us. When a medical evaluation is needed, we help families connect with a medical institution.
